Meet Eliza

Eliza Knapp, the founder of Oz Realty, is a seasoned agent and investor in Hood County and the surrounding areas. Eliza is the current recipient of the Hood County Realtor® of the Year. She was recently featured on the June cover of the 2022 Success Pitchers Magazine as one of 10 Most Inspiring Women to follow in 2022.  Her integrity and customer-focused professionalism have given her a keen sense for good real estate deals.

 

Due to her extensive experience building wealth through property ownership, Eliza is a valuable asset to her clients. Since 2017, Eliza has completed more than 180 transactions valued at more than $55 million for buyers, sellers, and investors. She’s ranked in the top 5 agents in Hood County for volume and number of buyers and the top 100 agents in the United States, placing her in the top 5% nationwide. She’s also a Best of Zillow agent and the recipient of the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement from the National Association of Realtors®, an achievement obtained by only 1% of its more than 1.4 million members.

 

Eliza started her real estate journey in 2007 as a residential and commercial investor and witnessed first-hand the wealth-building power of real estate. Over the years, she successfully purchased and sold dozens of properties, including two large commercial buildings she renovated before selling. To maximize the value of her investments, she developed expertise in professional staging and interior design.

 

A people person who enjoys working with others, Eliza specializes in residential and commercial properties as well as land. With her experience as a real estate investor, she’s sought after by other investors, who account for most of her business. But Eliza also serves a diverse clientele, including first-time homebuyers and retirees. Her unwavering honesty, creative energy, deep local knowledge, and vast connections have proven invaluable in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.

 

Outside of real estate, Eliza has owned several businesses, among them three successful online learning companies. An entrepreneur to the core, Eliza has a diverse skill set. As a graphic designer and online marketing whiz, she has the know-how to promote her clients’ properties to a wide audience. As a former computer programmer, she has an innate understanding of tech and a talent for solving even the trickiest of problems. Eliza and her clients appreciate that her dynamic real estate career allows her to deploy her varied skills.

 

When not advocating for buyers and sellers, Eliza devotes time to her community. She sits on the Texas Realtors®’ political action committee and governmental affairs boards. Eliza and her husband, Kevin, own Oz Coffee Bar on Historic Granbury Square. Above the coffee bar is an upscale apartment loft to rent for the weekend or for a special occasion. The Knapps’ newest venture is Lake Granbury Living, a local quarterly magazine.
